AI products are trained using large amounts of high-quality data, and us humans need to provide this specific data. By joining Neevo, you are contributing to the evolution of the next generation of Artificial Intelligence.
You will have the chance to provide this important data by participating in the jobs available on the Neevo platform. Each job is composed of a set of tasks the Neevo community will complete together.
As a member, you will be able to do tasks from jobs catered to your profile. Upon completion of a job, you will receive monetary compensation for your contribution.
On the home page, click on Join Today or click here. Fill in the requested information, submit your registration, and follow the instructions in the welcome email you receive upon completion. Welcome to the Neevo Community!
The jobs available to the Neevo community are dependent on the current projects. Job types vary from text, audio, image, and video analysis. You may be asked to record phrases, categorize audio, identify the sentiment of specific text, tag objects in images, among other tasks.
We need your permission to collect Facebook information like email, first name and last name. Check your Facebook Apps Settings, and make sure that you have “Apps, Websites and Plugins” enabled.
After that, try signing up again and allow DefinedCrowd to access your public profile and email address.
On the log in page, select Forgot password?, or simply click here. We will guide you through the process of reseting your password.
Projects can have one or more jobs that collect the information needed to develop and train AI products. Each job is formed by a set of tasks, which follow the same specific instructions. The number of tasks per job is limited, so when the total number of tasks is completed, the job is closed.
Before you start a job, you will be asked if somebody gave you a code. Enter the code in the box provided, and that person will be given a bonus for bringing you in.
If you don’t have a code, don’t worry. Just click on the Skip this Step.
Jobs are tailored to specific profiles to ensure high quality data. Community members who match certain job requirements will receive an access code via email. If you have received an access code, please enter it in the box provided.
The Standard Contractor Agreement is a document that protects your individual rights as well as the rights of the company. We want to ensure you that we are a trusting platform. You will only be prompted upon registration to sign this agreement.
The Independent Contractor Agreement contemplates the requirements you need to fill to complete a job. The contract’s starting date is relative to the starting date of the job. This contract must be signed prior to beginning each job, as the requirements may vary depending on the job description.
We recommend that you check if the job is still available by going to your Dashboard and clicking Continue.
If the error persists, please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each job has limited tasks available. Once they are done by the Neevo community, the job will be closed. Find more available jobs at your Dashboard.
Horatio keeps track of recordings and syncs automatically, so your work is safe.
For security purposes, we’ll always send payments through trusted third-party vendors. As of now, the only option for payment is through PayPal. However, more options will be made available soon.
Yes. Before you start your first job you will be asked to validate your PayPal account. Without this valid information we will not be able to pay you. If you do not have a PayPal account, please redirect to the PayPal website and create one.
If PayPal is not available in your country, we are willing to work with you to find a solution. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Payment varies for every job and is indicated on your dashboard.
Payments get processed after all contributors have made the necessary contributions to complete a job (these jobs’ statuses will show up as “Complete” in your Work History tab). We try to get payments out two weeks after job completion, but sometimes it takes a little longer. If it’s been more than 3 weeks and you haven’t been paid, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Think somebody has unauthorized access to your payment method account? Please contact your payment method provider.
You can change your payment method any time in the “Payment” tab under your account settings. Just select “Update Payment Method” and follow instructions.
Tip: If you can, update your payment method after you’ve gone through the verification process on your new payment method’s platform.
Financial regulations prohibit us from paying contributors with unverified identities, which means we can only run payments through trusted third-party vendors who verify the identity of recipients. As a result, Neevo contributors must complete identity verification on their linked payment method’s platform.
Best course of action? Log into your linked payment method’s platform and make sure to follow all verification instructions. Please note, the complexity of the verification process can vary by location. After that, link your payment method again on your payment settings.
“Pending Verification” means that you’ve initiated the verification process within your linked payment method’s platform, and you live in a place where verification cannot be completed instantaneously. Like you, we’re simply waiting for the results.
Best course of action? Double check that you’ve followed all the verification instructions and stay in contact with customer support on your payment method’s platform. After the verification, link your payment method again on your payment settings.
Neevo community prides itself of its high standards when it comes to quality. Qualification and language tests are ways to ensure that we can trust you as a high-quality member. By taking these tests, you become a certified Neevo member, and you will have access to premium tasks.
If you do not agree with your test evaluation, please contact us at email@example.com.
Qualification tests are specific for each job. Therefore, if you fail a test, it simply means this job does not match your profile. We encourage you to navigate your dashboard for other jobs that best suit you.
At Neevo, quality is the cornerstone. When a contribution does not meet our high-quality standards, we are not able to accept it. If you do not agree with your evaluation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To ensure Neevo community meets the highest standards, we have quality measures in place, including, among others, language tests, qualification tests, and tests tasks. These aren’t paid, as they constitute quality control.
While language and qualification tests are available directly at the platform, test questions are randomly insert in real tasks. This means that the total payment will slightly differ from the total tasks you execute. But don’t worry, these questions match only a small part of the total tasks.
Skips allow you to bypass a certain number of tasks while continuing to work through a job. If you run out, you’ll still be able to complete tasks, but you’ll forfeit the ability to skip for the remainder of the job.
The maximum number of skips varies by job. The counter to the left of the “next” button tracks used and remaining skips.
If too many contributors skip the same task, we remove it from the job. If we end up removing a task you already skipped, we add one back to your counter. Fair is fair after all.
Not a bug! Certain jobs just don’t allow for skipping. In those cases, the counter disappears completely.
The short answer is no. We only pay for completed tasks. However, the skip function is specifically designed to help you complete more tasks overall. That means more money in your pocket at the end of the day.
Great! Just send us an email to email@example.com. Expect a reply within 7 business days. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk email folders and make sure that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not blocking email traffic from Neevo and DefinedCrowd.
